00:59.51kollaI checked all the binaries with ldd, in /bin, /sbin and /lib to see if all are content, and they are
01:00.21kollaI have /etc/nsswitch.conf with "files" and "files dns"
01:00.28kollafor the respective stuff
01:00.36kollaI have /etc/hosts with localhost entries
01:00.44kollaeverything is in place afaik
01:01.16kollayet, "ping -c 3 localhost" gives "ping: bad address 'localhost'"

01:04.41kollaso now I've included strace as well, to see if it makes me any wiser

13:26.32PierreLucFroggy, I know next to nothing about udhcpd outside that DD-WRT use it. You can find a copy of the sample config file here http://svn.dd-wrt.com:8000/dd-wrt/browser/src/router/busybox/examples/udhcp/udhcpd.conf?rev=9719 Maybe it can help.
13:29.17PierreLucRoland: I'd suggest looking at the other device and adapting from them.

13:30.28RolandPierreLuc, do you happen to know, when stuff is copyied from my filesystem skeleton?
13:31.59PierreLucRoland: Not really. From experience I know it happens only once and it's early in the build process but I've haven't bothered with that yet. I've mostly worked my way around adding new devices for now.
