15:23.57blast007do other platforms have issues with textures going missing?  If not, I'm just gonna throw something into the Windows platform code (just reloads textures after it calls initContext), but I could also throw it into the end of OpenGLState::initContext() if that's better.
15:25.47BulletCatcherExactly how do you make it happen on Windows?
15:28.08blast007I minimize the client while joining planet mofo, for instance (lots of extra textures there, which I believe fail to load when there's no context, which gets destroyed when you minimize, I believe) and then bring the client back up
15:28.37blast007Did I mention "I believe"?  :P
15:31.47blast007can't test that in my Linux VMs since the graphics goes all blurred after I restore the window (and it doesn't minimize correctly)
15:48.29BulletCatcherTextures remain on my NVIDIA Linux system when I minimize with F4 and then resume on Urban Jungle, which has 16 custom textures.
15:48.48BulletCatcherAre all textures affected for you, or just custom ones?
15:51.10blast007most textures go missing
15:52.14blast007custom textures, tank textures, shot textures
15:54.42ConstitutionI once lost my font textures on mac, right before a crash... I had multiple clients open at the time, but other than that I don't know how to reproduce it... only happened once
15:54.46BulletCatcherI'm going out on a limb and say that it isn't a problem when SDL is used.
16:04.52Constitutionthis was my crash after that incident (stripped, so not super useful): http://pastebin.com/s8gjhYhu
16:04.56Constitutionmight be a different issue

19:09.04blast007bleh... on my little mini PC running Windows 8.1, there's no "Change Video Format" option in the display options menu.  Is there anyone else with a Windows 8.1 machine that can confirm if that's missing or not?

19:58.08blast007and it's only happening when the desktop resolution is 1920x1080 (the native resolution of my TV)  :/
20:17.48the_mapblast007: I know that on linux and on windows 7, super-p changes screen resolution (and changes display modes if you have multiple monitors), but if you try it, I dunno you'll be able to restore the current resolution without a display options menu
