00:25.31Kobazanyone familiar with security/access settings on yealink... trying to make some functions unavalable to the users like editing blf
00:42.24SamotThere are two options, User and Admin.
00:42.56SamotI would  have to look at the docs again to see what the User profile is limited to. But that's pretty much the limit.
00:45.54Kobazmm
00:46.03Kobazyeah been going through the docs and it's very limited
00:46.14Kobazwondering if there's some super secret way to do it
00:46.21Kobazalso, trying to find how to change the admin password via the cfg
00:48.07Kobazthe forums are ugh
00:57.23SamotWhy aren't you using the admin manual?
00:57.28SamotWhich has all this in it.
00:58.36Kobazi am, it doesn't have this
00:59.22Kobazor at least i haven't found it yet
00:59.37Kobazfound some forum posts with the password change... that worked
01:00.23Samothttps://usercontent.irccloud-cdn.com/file/VcvPghQ0/2019-03-03%2019_59_52-Window.png
01:00.51SamotIt's buried in the chapter called "Configuring Security Features"
01:01.15Kobazugh, heh, i had the user level access guide up
01:01.20Kobazand i was searching through that for the admin stuff
01:03.23Kobazmmm seems like a workaround is to disable the menu button entirely
01:03.38Kobazto lock down the phone, prevent people from breaking/changing blf/etc
01:08.14Kobazhaha oh man the forums capcha is awful
01:08.24Kobazi had to do 15 of them to get one right

12:55.01kkocaerkekwe set up a fresh peer with outboundproxy on another asterisk in cluster. and it works.
12:56.11kkocaerkekthis asterisk runs in production and i don't want to restart the service. Is there anybody can give me a clue about this situation?

16:15.19[TK]D-FenderWhat logging?
16:15.33[TK]D-FenderWhen you say "what is used", what are you referring to?
16:16.04SamotMarkS-: How do they get to a specific MeetMe conference when they call that number?
16:23.11MarkS-exten => _31208511408,1,MeetMe() << example, after that the enter the conference call room number
16:23.30SamotSo when they enter the conf number..
16:23.33SamotLog it.
16:23.39SamotThen you'll know what is being used.
16:23.59MarkS-I'll see hoe I can do that
16:24.11SamotThere are numerous ways.
16:24.17SamotYou can store it in a flat file

16:24.21SamotAst db

19:06.43qakhanhi all,
19:11.21qakhanI have a phpagi script data.php with get some data and pass to dialplan. data.php generated at a centOS and copy to asterisk server with (chmod 755 data.php) permission. when i call the number script does not exceute and give AGI Tx >> 510 Invalid or unknown command
19:13.02[TK]D-FenderGo fix your script then
19:14.11qakhanI copied the code and removed the data.php which came from centos server. i made data.php locally on asterisk server with (chmod 755 data.php) permission and it worked
19:15.05qakhani doubled checked the permission of the file it had write permission. and code was same.
19:15.43[TK]D-FenderObviously the permissions are not a prblem
19:15.49[TK]D-FenderAnd you aren't paying attention
19:21.29qakhan[TK]D-Fender i reviwed the code word by word. as i mentioned. i copied code from remotely created file to locally created file and it worked
19:23.34[TK]D-FenderThat says nothing
19:30.39qakhanalso if i pass values directly to data.php and run like (php data.php) remotely created file works.
19:31.04qakhanbut its not exceuting through dialpaln
19:31.11qakhandialplan*
19:34.25rrittgarnusing your php-agi library I recommend adding some verbose statements for debugging (with core set verbose @ an appropriate level)
19:35.09rrittgarnoutput what you think should happen - if you get no code execution whatsoever its likely a system issue - if you get some but not what you expect, its a code issue. The likelyhood of it being asterisk's fault is slim to none
19:35.35[TK]D-Fender<qakhan> also if i pass values directly to data.php and run like (php data.php) remotely created file works.Because your AGI is bad
19:36.00[TK]D-Fender510 Invalid or unknown command <- ASTERISK MEANS IT
19:36.07[TK]D-FenderYou're passing it something invalid
19:36.47[TK]D-FenderThis is not a permissions issue.  It is telling you to your face what kind of problem is has.  So go look at it.
19:37.18[TK]D-FenderAnd that doesn't mean saying "I tried running it some other way" or "I tried running it on another system".
