19:07.23znoteer_I'm setting up voip for incoming calls for the first time.  I don't seem to be getting any traffic to my pbx from the gateway.  According to iptables, the packets are being forwarded.  Using tcpdump (which I've never used before) it appears that packets originated from my provider are going out the correct interface, and tcpdump on the pbx also sees those packets, yet iptables is not seeing any of those packets onthe pbx.  Can anyone help me figure this out?

19:09.35infobotpastebin is probably a web-based service where you should paste anything over 3 lines so you don't flood the channel. Here are links to a few: http://pastebin.ca, http://channels.debian.net/paste, http://paste.lisp.org, http://bin.cakephp.org/; or install pastebinit with yum or aptitude.
