02:08.17therealpxcHalf-Left: right. I've searched using that at gotten no results either. So there's no command to change the indexing policy permanently or temporary? the thing is that with laptops, the machine is generally either off or in use, so there's no idle time for a "smart" indexer to take advantage of
02:09.56Half-Lefttherealpxc: Well you won't get results if you haven't tagged any files
02:12.36Half-Lefttherealpxc: Try tagged a file by adding a comment or tag and then search for it in the krunner. You can use Dolphin's info panel to do that.
02:12.42therealpxcHalf-Left: oh, oh... bare nepomuk, not nepomuk's strigi service. Gotcha. I'll probably end up tagging things as time goes on, but strigi would be a bit more significant at the moment, since I already have a highly organized filestructure.
02:12.45Half-Lefttagging*
02:12.50therealpxcHalf-Left: will do :)

02:33.01johnny69Hello Kde people...   Bear with me and I'll try to explain this as well as I can.  It's a little hard to describe.  Going back to kde 3.5.x  I was able to configure a small window such as the kopete contact list as a,  "Utility window".   This would change the behavior so that when I hit,  "show desktop - minimize all"  it would keep the window in question ON the desktop.  Thus molding the window into the background so to speak.  Note
02:33.03johnny69this isn't the same as "keeb above all windows".  Forcing it to be a UTILITY window had this effect.  AS of KDe4  it isn't happening now.

16:44.04AhoxI hunted it down a bit, it only happens when I use the webkit mode
16:44.31Ahoxthe last line of konqueror stdout is konqueror(4807)/kdecore (KLibrary) kde4Factory: The library "/usr/lib/kde4/libkhtmlpart.so" does not offer a qt_plugin_instance function.
16:47.26annmawebkit mode
16:47.26Ahoxannma, for your last question, not really, replaced the webshortcut from : to blanks (cheked that already) and installed the webkit mode - which seems to be the cause
16:47.26annmahow do you set that
16:47.26AhoxView/View Mode -> Webkit
16:47.52AhoxYou need webkitkde for that to work
16:48.02annmaI don't have it I think
16:48.09annmawhere is it locate din svn?

16:48.18AhoxSo I guess it's not really a konqueror issue.

23:00.21FunctorSalad(the one that's shown when you click the K button on the panel)
23:00.55FunctorSaladseems suboptimal to make it so small, forcing one to scroll through the menu
23:00.58troyFunctorSalad: for me, I just click on it, resize it using the handle in the top right, and it stays that way
23:01.21FunctorSaladtroy: I can resize it that way, but it doesn't persist
23:01.32troymight have to unlock your widgets, if they're locked
