20:59.20jrp_been gone awhile. why can I no longer find mention of hardware, von hippel, eclipse dev etc on your site? It all looks changed
21:01.32theterghi jrp_, we are still working on re-integrating the old content back into the new site, but if it helps, wiki.buglabs.net is still unchanged
21:03.14jrp_ok quick question 1)is it safe/advisable to do any dev on windows or just linux? and what latest ver of eclipse that works well w/ bug? I need to rebuild my env. so want to get it right
21:03.41theterglinux is certianly your best bet, simply because it's closer in common to the bug kernel/rootfs
21:04.04thetergeclipse can be run from Windows without too much trouble, although I have not personally tested the newest version on windows
21:04.17thetergwe cannot support, however, burning rootFS images from windows
21:04.27jrp_what ver eclipse do you use?
21:04.51thetergoh jeez, at this very moment i'm behind the times, still running Indigo
21:05.35jrp_ok - before I tried latest but had troubles and had to backtrack. I will get indigo then
21:06.26thetergCool, probably a good idea.
21:07.44VishMacjrp_: go with 32 bit version
21:07.57VishMacI've seen issues with 64 bit eclipse and our Dragonfly SDK
21:08.37VishMacIf you install Dragonfly on top of androids ADT, that works pretty well
